restaurants and pizzerias as possible during your stay.
They offer a huge range of dishes some of which you will
only find in Sardinia, like the local desert Seadas, made
with pastry stuffed with Pecorino cheese and lemon zest,
then coated in honey or sugar which is absolutely delicious.
There is such a wide choice of dining options that we could
not possibly do justice to them all on these pages. So below
we have selected just three restaurants, all very different
in style and menu as an example of what you can expect in
Sardinia. Before your meal why not try a glass of the local
Malvasia di Bosa wine which is renowned for its quality.

Ristorante Pizzeria S. Lucia Di Angelino
Angelino's has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
and you will always get a warm welcome from Angelino who
loves to use his English on his customers. Here you will
find excellent pizzas from the wood fired oven but also
on the menu is a full range of dishes. Angelino will also
prepare when pre booked his Zuppa di peche which is an unforgettable
dining experience.
Trattoria Da Riccardo
This is a very special restaurant which is very popular
with all the locals. Riccardo is a member of the "Slow
Food" organisation and prepares all the dishes freshly
with local seasonal produce. The menu changes daily depending
on what is fresh and in season but one thing always stays
the same, great food served with pride in a very friendly
atmosphere.

Ristorante Borgo Sant' Ignazio
Here is a very enjoyable venue for a good evening meal
or long lunch. The sea food here is excellent and we would
recommend you try the mixed antipasti di mare that gives
you a taste of all the delicious sea food starters. Here
you will receive prompt and efficient service with a more
formal atmosphere but without feeling rushed. A meal here
should be savoured over time.
