
A culinary experience to savour
We are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of places for our clients to watch and learn about the tastes and methods to produce the dishes of Sardinian and Italian cuisine.
Our friend Sig. Riccardo owner of the superb Trattoria "Da Riccardo", award winning Slow Food restaurant, has offered to pass on some of his knowledge to a small number of clients. Showing how to choose the finest ingredients, prepare and cook a varied range of dishes.

The 5 day experience is not a concentrated cookery course but rather a glimpse of how to really appreciate food and wine, each day will have a session where you will all prepare dishes covering antipasti, primo and secondi, the food you will prepare together becomes lunch and the dinner you all enjoy together later. Depending on weather and the consensus of those participating there will also be excursions into the local countryside for finding wild food, a trip to the local market and / or fishing. |

The groups are of no more than 12 persons and there will be an interpreter with the group. All ingredients and equipment is provided. |
