All meals are prepared or supervised by Steven Capell, an award winning chef who has cooked professionally all over the world and has lived in Sardinia since 2002. |

We have personally visited all the restaurants which will be used during your holiday and will be supervising the meals prepared in the hotel. You will also be able to participate in a ‘hands-on’ cookery demonstration, even getting the chance to spin your own pizza. |

Accommodation is at the Sa Lumenera hotel situated on the headland overlooking the gulf of Bosa Marina with it's beautiful views.
This is a small, friendly hotel where personal service and attention to quality and comfort are paramount. All rooms are en-suite and each have their own balcony.

The price of £995 per person is inclusive of all meals, transport to and from the airport at Alghero, cookery demonstrations and all visits to the surrounding areas. |
Non-participating partners welcome at a reduced price of £900 each.
Partners also enjoy the superb cuisine and cookery demonstrations coming along on the trips with other interests to keep them busy.
