MONTEMARE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment of deposit/balance constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions

1.            INCLUDED IN OUR PRICE   The price includes all meals and drinks served at mealtimes in reasonable amounts (wine, water, tea, coffee). All transport cost (excepting for the free day in the painting holidays) and transfers to and from the airport.  Accommodation.
            NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICE    Flights to and from Sardinia.  Insurance.  Drinks not served at mealtimes.

2.         OUR RESPONSIBILITY    We cannot be held liable or except responsibility in any circumstances for your illness, bodily harm, death or discomfort as a result of suggestions made in any of our information.  Accommodation is provided independently and no responsibility is excepted by us should death, personal injury or illness occur as a result of accommodation, equipment or services provided, supervised or privately owned, or for any damages to, or theft of, your personal belongings.

3.            BOOKINGS    After checking availability you can secure your booking by paying a 30% deposit or the full amount if your departure is less than 6 weeks from the booking date.  Painting and Hunting holidays are subject to securing minimum numbers, if this is not achieved, we will let you know before the balance of your holiday is due.  Your deposit will be refunded in full.  Under no circumstances must you book flights before confirmation from us that the Painting or Hunting holidays are fully subscribed as this will not be refunded.  Bookings in the United Kingdom are done through a third party who comply with all English laws appertaining to the payment of monies and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

4.            PAYMENT    Payment can be made using a Credit or Debit card and for your security we suggest that you give your card details over the telephone.  If you send us a fax or e-mail with your telephone number we will be pleased to call you to do the transaction.  We reserve the right to refuse a booking.

5.            CONFIRMATION    We will confirm dates of bookings by e-mail or fax after receiving your deposit.  Please check and inform us of any errors immediately.  Prior to payment of the balance we will advise you if the holiday is  fully subscribed.  Do not book your flights before this confirmation is received.  Dates and times of arrival and departure must be adhered to.

5a.            ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE    We will arrange transfer to and from the airport to co-ordinate with flight times.

6.            CANCELLATION BY YOU    If you have to cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before the booking we will refund the whole amount less a charge of £100 plus credit card charges (where applicable to cover administration).  If you have to cancel less than 6 weeks before we cannot guarantee any refund.

7.            CANCELLATION BY US    If, for any reason we cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible and give a full refund, but we have no liability to make refunds or pay any compensation for other organisations.  If you book your flight before final confirmation, then this will not be refunded.  We are not responsible if you are unable to book the relevant flights, but in this event will do our best to help you.  We are not responsible if you are unable to reach your destination airport through war, civil unrest, riot, weather conditions, strikes by airlines or traffic controllers.

8.              PROBLEMS    Should you have any problems whatsoever with your arrangements you should call us immediately on (0039) 333 5405158.  In the unlikely event that you need to make a complaint this should be done within 7 days of the last day of your holiday.  However, we cannot be held responsible for matters outside our control.

9.            INSURANCE    We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover loss of money or property, accidents, medical expenses and cancellations.  For clients booking the Hunting breaks, full comprehensive specifically designed insurance for this purposed is strongly advised.

10.       We have taken care to ensure the accuracy of all details contained on our website.  However we reserve the right to make changes to any details or prices shown.
