Angelino is a friendly family run restaurant, all the family work together in the restaurant. You will always get a warm welcome here. Angelino will try his English on you, which he learned many years ago when he used to work on cruise ships out of Southampton..During the cooler months meals are served indoors with the heat of the pizza oven keeping everything warm, but come summer and everyone is outside on the large terrace at the rear, it’s a wonderful place for al fresco dining. Our pizzeria has a vast choice of pizzas but should the one you particularly fancy not be on the menu you can just tell us what you want and we will make it. All the pizzas are cooked to order in the traditional brick built, wood fired, pizza oven. The bases are thin and crispy and the tops are not overloaded.
However, Angelino’s is not just a pizzeria, we also has a full menu during the holiday season. Our antipasta di terra is a big plate of salami, prociutto crudo, olives and artichokes and ours antipasta di mare is home made and a delicious combination of octopus, squid, prawns and cuttlefish under olive oil and vinegar. It’s a difficult choice to make.We have a good selection of pasta dishes, one to try is spaghetti con ricci (sea urchin), or Angela’s home made ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and spinach and topped with a fresh tomato sauce. All the food is fresh and prepared to order. Our fritto misto is very good, and if you give us a days notice Angelino will prepare his own speciality for you – Fish soup, made with whatever is fresh and in season at the time or if you prefer meat and again you order it a day before, you can have mialletto (part or whole roast piglet). You may want to share this! You can also order lobster in advance.
Welcome to our little restaurant located in the quite hilltop village of Magomadas, just a few minutes drive back from the coast. Run by Riccardo himself it is a small, friendly place with an ever changing menu. Da Riccardo is a proud member of the Slow Food organisation, which is to say that all our food is cooked to order with no pre-prepared microwaved food in sight. The dishes on the menu are always fresh and reflect the seasonal changes as different foods become available.
The menu changes almost daily but there are always a choice of about 6 starters and 6-7 main courses. Depending on season, sometimes there is a tendency towards fish and at other times there will be more meat but there is always a choice between the two.
The restaurant is known locally for the superb seafood served here there is always a platter of fresh fish for you to chooses from. In autumn, when the mushroom season is upon us, we prepares the most divine soup containing porcini mushrooms with croutons. Another delight is our rabbit with juniper berries.
We have our own bee hives and the fresh honey still on the comb makes a great dessert, especially together with a piece of cheese. If you only have one Seadas whilst you are on holiday, ours are the best.
You may well visit when none of the above mentioned items are on the menu but something else equally as good will be available for you to try.
We always have great food here and it is also good value for money. The surroundings are quite informal and friendly.
