Full day cruise with gourmet beach barbeque lunch
	A slow, leisurely cruise leaving from the centre of Bosa out from the mouth of the river Temo and then along the spectacular coastline north towards Alghero. A unique experience of Sardinia taking in the stunning views of sea and mountains. Sailing through the clear blue Mediterranean sea, you will enter the lovely blue grotto and possibly have the privilage of seeing the nesting Griffin vultures on the cliffs above. You will pass by rugged cliffs, sculptured rocky outcrops and beautiful beaches of Torre Argentina, Compultitu and Cala Fenuggiu along the way. You have the opportunity to sorkel or swim from the boat before eventualy landing on a secluded beach, where your award winning chef will prepare for you a gourmet sea food barbeque lunch with wine included.
	The trip boards every Friday, starting from the 4th of June Starting from the Ponte Vecchio in Bosa at 10a.m. returning at aproximately 4.30p.m. Price per person is Euro 80.00 receive a 5% discount if booked in advance through CTS Note: This trip is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Hands on cookery lesson & demonstration of contempory Sardinian cuisine
In the region of Alghero, the traditional Sardinian cuisine has a strong Catalan influence. We compliment this unique regional cuisine by introducing contempory, modern and imaginative ideas.

By the end of the day you will be able to recreate a Sardinian dining experience to impress family and friends at home. Our award winning chef will show you various techniques, introduce you to little known ingredients and give you the recipes he has created especially for this menu. He will show you how to prepare, cook and present your food.
Our friendly informal lessons provide a perfect opportunity for you to have fun away from the beach and learn the secrets af a Sardinian kitchen! No previous cooking skills are required and our small intimate classes of no more than 6 people ensures you receive personal attention throughout. Arrival at 9a.m. for coffee and introductions. there will be approximately 3 hours of cooking followed by an al fresco lunch. The day should finish around 3.30p.m.
Lessons are every Thursday. Transport is not included but can be arranged. Price per person is €85.00 inclusive of lunch wine and coffee. receive a 5% discount if booked in advance through CTS

Half day trip to the historic village of Padria
	Your journey takes you inland through stunning countryside, passing through villages little known to tourists. The small village of Padria nestles on the edge of an extinct volcano, once ruled over by the Roman govenor, Gurulis Vetas. Wander around the Roman ruins and Nuraghic walls and visit the nearby museum. see the beuatiful church of St. Julia where the excavated foundations dating from the 16th century can be seen illuminated beneath a glass floor. Stroll around the village, pause for a coffee, experience life in the slow lane. Followed by a truly memorable lunch of contemporary Sardinian cuisine, served al fresco surrounded by uninterupted panoramic views.
Pick up is at the bus station in Bosa at 10a.m.. Returning from Padria at 2.30p.m. Every Tuesday. Price per person is €70.00 inclusive of transport, lunch and wine. Receive a 5% discount if booked in advance through CTS

Lunchtime pizza making demonstration

In the lovely location of La Pergola Ristorante at Alghero, this is a perfect opportunity to see how an authentic Italian Pizza is made. Join in this fun, relaxed demonstration and learn how to make the perfect Pizza! Create your own topping under the guidence of a top Italian chef using a wood burning oven. Take home the recipes and ideas to recreate authentic Italian Pizzas for your family and friends.
The session starts at 11.00a.m. with a glass of Prosecco, biscotti and an introduction to the day. Followed by making the dough and toppings with information on 3 distinctive types of pizza - Tomato, White and Calzone. Afterwards taste the fruits of your labour for lunch accompanied by a glass of fantastic local wine, dessert and coffee. Price per person is € 55.00 Demonstrations are every Wednesday.
