1/ Included
in our price. The price shown is for the use the property and
its facilities for the period of the booking. This price includes
the cost of all electricity, water and gas, where applicable.
Not all Italian kitchens have kettles and toasters, if these
are necessary items for your holiday you should bring them with
you.. We reserve the right to increase the balance due should
the exchange rate fall.
2/ Our responsibility. We cannot be held liable or accept
responsibility in any circumstances for your illness, bodily
harm, death or discomfort as a result of suggestions made
in any of our information. All accommodation is provided by
independent suppliers and no responsibility is accepted by
us should death, personal injury or illness occur as a result
of accommodation, equipment, or services provided, supervised
or privately owned by the owners of the accommodation, or
for any damage to or theft of any of your personal belongings.
It may be necessary for owners to occasionally access properties
or gardens to facilitate maintenance etc.
3/ Cleaning. When you arrive the property will have been
thoroughly cleaned and we ask that when you leave, the property
is left in a reasonably clean condition. An additional charge
may be made if the property is not left in a reasonably clean
condition. There will be enough sheets, pillow cases and bathroom
towels provided on your arrival*. These towels should not
be taken out of the property, as it is your responsibility
to bring towels for the beach and pool. A charge will be made for spoilt towels/sheets.

4/ Booking. After you have checked availability you
can secure your booking by paying a 30% non refundable deposit or the full
cost if your departure is less than 8 weeks from booking date.
This can be by Credit or Debit card, PayPal or bank transfer to our Sterling or Euro accounts. No additional charge will be made on payment. We reserve
the right to refuse a booking.

5/ Confirmation. We will confirm dates of booking by e-mail
or fax after receiving your deposit. Please check and
inform us any errors immediately. On payment of the balance
8 weeks prior to your holiday we will send you a map with directions and key details of your chosen property.
6/ Dates. We have tried to give as much flexibility
as possible by not specifying a start day for your booking.
7/ Arrival / Departure. We ask that you do not plan to arrive
at your property before 3,30pm and that you vacate the property
by 10.30am if you have a late flight we will if possible try
to arrange a later departure although this not always possible. No exeptions can be made in July/August or early September. |
8a/ Cancellation
by you. If you have to cancel your holiday more than 8 weeks
before the booking we will not be able to refund your deposit. If you have to cancel less than 8 weeks
before the booking we cannot guarantee any refund, however we
will do our best to try to re-let the property and if we are
able to do this a part refund will be made.
8b/ Cancellation by Owner. If an accommodation owner alters
or cancels your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible,
and obtain a refund from the owner but we have no liability
to make any refunds or to pay any compensation. Any refund
or compensation will be solely at the discretion of the accommodation
owner. The contract to hire a holiday home will be between
yourself as the Hirer and the Holiday Home Owner. We are agents
of the Holiday Home Owners and not Principals. We are not
responsible if you are unable to reach your accommodation
through war, civil unrest, riot, strikes by airlines or by
traffic controllers.
9/ Breakages. You are responsible during your stay
for any breakages or damage done to the property, for small
breakages like glasses cups etc. we ask that you replace the
item prior to leaving, for more serious damage please telephone
our local contact immediately. Spoilt Towels and/or bedding will be chargeable. A breakage deposit will be
added to your holiday price. Please contact us after your departure to claim the refund, giving the relevant details so payment can be made. Refunds must be made by the same methodas payment was received. Charges may apply depending on method of payment.
10/ Problems. Should you have any problem whatsoever with
your property or arrangements you should call our local contact
immediately. The name and number will be in your property.
In the unlikely event that you need to make a complaint this
should be done within 7 days of the last day of your holiday.
However, we can not be held responsible for power cuts, interruptions
to mains water supplies or similar problems outside our control.
11/ Heating. Where there is heating installed in our properties
for the winter months the cost of firewood or fuel is not
included and can be arranged and paid for locally please call
our local contact on arrival.
12/ Insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance
to cover loss of money or property, accidents and medical
expenses as the use of the property is at the clients risk.
13/ We have taken the greatest care to ensure the accuracy
of all property details contained on this web site. However,
we reserve the right to make changes to any of the facilities
or prices shown on this web site.
14/ We reserve the right to take legal action to recover any cost of damages, accidental or otherwise, over and above the amount of any breakage deposit received. Payment of deposit/balance constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
