Set on the edge of Magomadas village, in almost a hectare
of olive grove and with a lovely view over open countryside
down to the sea, this well designed and equipped villa makes
a lovely spot for a tranquil holiday. While being secluded
you are still only a few minutes drive from the coast and
from the old town of Bosa.
This newly built, well designed property is set in a hill
in a tranquil olive grove. On the edge of Magomadas village,
it is possible to walk to the nearest bar and restaurant
but still have a feeling of seclusion. There is ample outdoor
space, large terraces to both the first and ground floors,
to take advantage of the wonderful views including some
spectacular sunsets, all are well furnished, plus outdoor
lighting and BBQ. There is a Spa/Hot tub on both the ground
floor patio and first floor veranda. The drive from the
road winds through some of the olive grove to the rear of
the property where there is ample parking. The whole property
is spacious and is finished and furnished to a very high
standard. The owners have tried to cater for everything
and we think they have succeeded.

The entrance on the ground floor leads into the dining
room and well equipped kitchen, having a large fridge/freezer,
gas hob and electric oven. On this floor there are 2 twin
bedded rooms and a bathroom between with washing machine.
There are both internal and external stairs leading to the
first floor. Entrance is into the comfortable lounge area
with settees, one of which is a sofa bed. There is also
a TV and DVD player here. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms
to this floor, 1 double and 1 twin, both with air con/warm
air heaters. There is also a wood burning stove in the property
in the upstairs lounge, to take the chill off winter nights,
making this property ideal for both summer and winter rentals. |
Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include
linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is
required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit
due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage
deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after
4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for
cleaning.

especially from the hot tub. The location is very quiet
and peaceful, but you do need a car to get to the beach
and the supermarket at Bosa (there's a great strip of
sandy beach at Bosa Marina). The villa is fully equipped
and has a BBQ on the large terrace - perfect for an evening
in! A car is essential for getting around, but if you
want a villa where you can sit on the balcony in rural
peace and quiet at the end of the day this is a perfect
place to do it!"
