All slightly different, they all benefit from the large roof top terrace with view over to the beach. Being just a stones throw away from the beach, bars and restaurants it is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Located one street back from the main promenade at Bosa Marina, on a quiet back street, this recently renovated and newly furnished property is less than 100m metres from the beach. All furnished and equipped to a high standard, there are 2 ground floor apartments and two to the first floor. The property is walled and the gate leads into a newly paved area with furniture and a BBQ to the side. There is off street parking for 4 cars, a must in high season. Grand granite steps lead up into the entrance hall. Two apartments can be found off here. An impressive marble staircase leads up to the first floor where there are another 2 apartments. Further steps lead up into a communal area containing a fridge and sink plus a shower room with toilet and wash basin so you can cool down after a hard days sun bathing on the expansive roof top terrace which has great views to the beach and the sea. A lovely spot to watch the sun go down with a cool glass of something from the fridge.

The property is enclosed by walls with garden to the front and a barbeque area to the side. On the ground floor there is a large hallway from which is accessed the first two apartments each having two bedrooms (one twin and one double), kitchen lounge/dining area and bathroom. Grand marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are a further two apartments both with two bedrooms (one twin and one double) kitchen lounge/dining area and a bathroom. Further marble stairs lead to a very large roof terrace and further sundeck, here there is a fridge and toilet facilities.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £400 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
