A spacious and comfortable house offering accommodation for up to 8 people with 4 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the lovely, typical village of Tresnuraghes but close to beaches and other towns and places of interest.
This grand house, situated at the heart of the working village of Tresnuraghes, gives that touch of luxury and comfort to your holiday. Being in the village means you can experience the Sardinian way of life and mix with the locals plus all amenities, shops, bars and restaurant are on your doorstep. As it is still only a 5/6 minute drive from Bosa and the same from the coast and beaches with this lovely house you get the best of all worlds. The pretty courtyard at the rear is shaded by orange and lemon trees and has a built in BBQ and sink. There is also a terrace from one of the upstairs bedrooms which catches the sun for much of the day. Having recently been repainted inside and out and furnished to a high standard we feel this house is "Something Special"

From the street, where there is parking available, a few steps lead you through the gate and up to the front door. Leading into the impressive entrance hall off which the large lounge/dining area can be found with leather settees and chairs plus a solid wood table and chairs at the opposite end of the room. The kitchen can be found on the other side of the hall, well equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven. There is also a pizza oven here if you feel you need to try to make your own! To the rear of the kitchen a bathroom, with bath and shower attachment can be found. There is also a washing machine here. A door at the rear of the hall leads out onto the courtyard. To the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms, 3 double bedded rooms and one twin, all with ample storage plus a further bathroom with both a bath and a shower cubicle and it's own small balcony! The double bedded room at the rear has doors which lead onto a terrace which has steps leading down into the courtyard below. The upstairs floors are still tiled with the original antique tiles and the whole property has very high ceilings giving it a very light and spacious feel.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
