A newly built, spacious villa set on a hillside near the villages of Magomadas & Tresnuraghes. This exceptionally appointed property has expansive views across open countryside down towards the sea. With it's large terraces on both the ground and first floors there is plenty of space to appreciate the views. It is set in its own grounds with olive, apple, fig and grapefruit trees.   Lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool with BBQ area. Pool open May to October.
Set on the outskirts of the village of Magomadas, down a short unmade road and overlooking a peaceful valley, this makes an ideal property for a relaxing holiday but being only a 6/7 min drive from the historical town of Bosa and a 5 min drive from the nearest beach, it is well located to take advantage of the best the area has to offer. Set in it's own garden with various fruit trees there is certainly no lack of space. It is an extremely well appointed property and the owners have tried to cater for every need. There is a cot and high chair available should it be required. There is also a small stone building in the garden that houses a pool table and dart board. The comfort, tranquillity and stunning views make this villa "Something Special"  The pool is open May to October.

Ground floor :- From the large covered terrace you enter the spacious kitchen/dining and lounge area which takes up the whole front of the property. Large patio windows means you can take advantage of the views from inside as well. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas hob, and electric oven with a large extending dining table and chairs. The lounge area has 2 comfortable settees and a large TV with DVD player and air conditioner/heater. To the rear of the ground floor there is the bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. First floor :- Reached by outside stairs that takes you onto another large covered terrace to the front of the villa. The entrance door leads into a kitchen/dining area, again equipped with large fridge/freeze, gas hob and electric oven and a coffee table and chairs.  The hall leads through to a large double bedded room at the front of the property which has doors leading onto the terrace and air conditioner/heater. Up here there is also another twin bedded room and the bathroom which has a shower cubicle. There is also a rear terrace accessed from the kitchen which is a sun trap in the mornings.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
