This newly built villa, set on a hillside with magnificent views over countryside to the sea. Located well off the road between Tresnuraghes and Porto Alabe it is ideally situated for both beach and towns and is a beautiful tranquil spot. All rooms have air conditioning/warm air heaters for all year round rentals. 
This well designed, newly built villa is located in a quiet spot equal distances from the nearest town and the beach. A short drive down an unmade road brings you to the top of the hill and the property, from which there are wonderful views to the sea over countryside. Not too close to other houses this is a lovely tranquil place to watch the sun go down. There is a patio to the front of the villa to take advantage of the views.  There is a portable BBQ for clients use. All main rooms have air con/warm air heaters so this is truly an all year round property.

The front door leads into the large and airy, open plan, kitchen/diner/lounge. The kitchen area is well equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven and a microwave. With the dining table and chairs central in the room the other side is the lounge area, comfortably furnished with 2 leather settees. There is also a TV with integral DVD and a seperate CD player. At the rear of this room a small hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is another king sized bedded room, again with ample storage which is next to the family bathroom that has a bath with shower attachment. There is also a washing machine here. The twin bedded room is also next to a bathroom which has a shower cubicle.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% non refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
