This is the a second floor apartment is set on the hill in the seaside town of Porto Alabe. Its elevated position gives great sea views from its small terrace and windows. Beaches are a short walk away downhill. In season there are also shops and a small supermarket. The property has a pretty garden at the rear that gets the morning sun.
This, well maintained, second floor apartment is positioned on a hill and it is only a few minutes walk (all downhill) to the beach. However if the climb back up after a day on the beach is too much there are plenty of parking spaces right behind the beach. From the small terrace at the front there are stunning views to the beach and sea here at Porto Alabe. To the rear of the apartment, reached via a door from the kitchen, there is a pretty garden that gets the morning sun, ideal for breakfast.

The door leads into the spacious lounge dining area where there is a settee and table and chairs, a door from here leads to a well appointed bathroom with shower. The separate kitchen is to the rear being well equiped with oven, hob and fridge/freezer and washing machine. A door from the kitchen leads to the pretty rear garden with a vine covered pergola over a sitting area. There is one bedroom with a double and a single bed, the second bedroom has a single bed plus bunks.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
