this independent house is the only one of it's size with
a swimming pool. Also benefiting from 2 large terraces and
a small garden as well as being nicely laid out accommodation.
This lovely independent house is set on a quiet street in
the picturesque village of Senneriolo, which has a friendly
bar, a mini market and pretty murals. To the rear of the
property the door from the kitchen leads to a large terrace
with big BBQ, outdoor shower, furniture and lighting. A
few steps down and there is a pretty garden area with lemon
trees set around an inviting circular 4.5m diameter swimming
pool. There is also a large terrace with outdoor furniture
and lighting to the first floor at the rear, the back of
the house catching all the sun. With stunning views up to
the hillside village of Cuglieri and the hills beyond.

From the street the front door leads into a hall where
to the left the first twin bedded room can be found which
has ample wardrobe and drawer space. The hall then leads into a
large, open plan kitchen/dining area to the left and a lounge
area to the right. The kitchen is equipped with an oven,
gas hob and large fridge/freezer, washing machine, table and chairs and there
are 2 comfortable settees in the lounge area. One of these
being a bed settee. This area can be screened off by a curtain
for privacy. There is also a TV and DVD player. Open plan
stairs lead from the hall up to the second twin bedded room,
again with ample storage and the bathroom with bath and
shower attachment over. At the top of the stairs a door
leads onto the terrace at the rear.

A cot is available on request
Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include
linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is
required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit
due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage
deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after
4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for
cleaning.
