Less than 100m from the long sandy beach at Bosa Marina, this grand, newly restored old house is divided into 4 spacious apartments. All slightly different, they all benefit from the large roof top terrace with view over to the beach. Being just a stones throw away from the beach, bars and restaurants it is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Located one street back from the main promenade at Bosa Marina, on a quiet back street, this recently renovated and newly furnished property is less than 100m metres from the beach. All furnished and equipped to a high standard, there are 2 ground floor apartments and two to the first floor. The property is walled and the gate leads into a newly paved area with furniture and a BBQ to the side. There is off street parking for 4 cars, a must in high season. Grand granite steps lead up into the entrance hall. Two apartments can be found off here. An impressive marble staircase leads up to the first floor where there are another 2 apartments. Further steps lead up into a communal area containing a fridge and sink plus a shower room with toilet and wash basin so you can cool down after a hard days sun bathing on the expansive roof top terrace which has great views to the beach and the sea. A lovely spot to watch the sun go down with a cool glass of something from the fridge.

We have agreed, for our customers, to have the use of the swimming pool and facilities at a nearby hotel for a special fixed daily rate.

Located on the ground floor to the right the entrance door leads into a spacious lounge/diner. Here there are 2, 2 seater settees and a table and chairs. Just off here is an en suite kitchen! Equipped with gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. Along the corridor there is a larger than average bathroom with shower. Further along are the bedrooms, one having a double bed plus the benefit of an en suite with toilet and wash basin and also a dressing room. The other being a twin bedded room with wardrobe and drawers. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment has the benefit of a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also an iron and ironing board plus clothes airer, hairdryer, radio/CD and mini safe. All apartments have equal access to the communal areas.

Beach towel hire available at a cost of €10 per pair, payable locally
Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
