Located in an elevated position over the seaside town of Porto Alabe this well kept, first floor, apartment enjoys great paneramic sea views from the large terrace. The beaches are a short walk downhill where there are also bars and a mini-market in season.
In the seaside resort of Porto Alabe this well kept apartment has a spacious feel and has a wonderful large terrace with wide sea views. The apartment is around 5 minutes walk from the beach, however this is down a rather steep hill. if you did not fancy the walk back uphill there is plenty of car parking behind the beach.

The main room is large and has a well equipped kitchen corner with oven, hob and fridge freezer. There is also a dining table and chairs here. Off this room is the only bedroom which is quite large and contains a double bed, a single bed and bunks. To the rear of the property is a lovely newly renewed bathroom with shower. In front of the property there is the large terrace with sea view and furniture, that gets all the afternoon sun and marvelous sunsets. There is access across the rear of the patio to another apartment above.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
