Arcobaleno is a recently built town house situated in a quiet residential area of Bosa opposite the historic old tanneries and only a few minutes walk from the river, the old town and all its amenities and several well-stocked supermarkets. The beach at Bosa Marina is a pleasant 25 minutes stroll away along the river Temo.
Being the first house in a colourful crescent of similar properties, access is through gates from the road in front into a small garden area and a terrace. This paved outdoor eating area to the side has lovely views of Bosa and the castle; there is a portable BBQ and outdoor furniture which you can use.

The entrance door leads into the lounge area with its settees, TV and DVD. There is a separate kitchen/diner. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven plus a dishwasher.
Also off the lounge is one of the two modern bathrooms with a small bath / shower plus a washing machine. Upstairs the second bathroom has a shower cubicle.
The attractive wood stairs lead up from the lounge to a small landing and the two bedrooms, one a large double with a king-size bed and the other smaller with twin-beds. Both have doors opening out onto a connecting balcony wide enough to take two chairs and a small table.
Finally the house is served by 4 air con units, one each in the kitchen, lounge and the two bedrooms. The property has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include
linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is
required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit
due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage
deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after
3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for
cleaning.
