Lovely town house very close to Bosa old town

A recently built end town house within a few minutes walk
from the old town of Bosa and all it's amenities. The outdoor
eating area to the side had lovely views of Bosa and the
castle.
Being the first house in a semi circle of similar properties
the entrance is from the road in front, through gates to
a small garden area. To the side of the house there is a
paved area with outdoor furniture with lovely views towards
Bosa and its castle. There is a portable BBQ you can use
here. There is a balcony connecting both bedrooms on the
first floor, wide enough to take two chairs and a table.
The beach at Bosa Marina is a pleasant, level, 25 minutes
walk along the river Temo.

The entrance door leads into the lounge area with settees
and a TV and DVD. Off here is the kitchen/diner. The kitchen
is well equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric
oven plus a dishwasher. Also off the lounge is a bathroom,
with small bath and washing machine. The stairs lead to
a landing off which there is a double bedroom and smaller
twin bedroom, both have doors which open out onto a connecting
balcony. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. In between
the bedrooms there is another bathroom, this one having
a shower cubicle. This property is recently built and well
finished. There are 4 air con units, one in the kitchen,
one in the lounge and one in each bedroom.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include
linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is
required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit
due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage
deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after
3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for
cleaning.
