This lovely, independent, 1 bedroomed apartment is located less than 100m from the beach at Porto Alabe in the seaside Residence there. From it’s own private parking space (vital in high season) the gate leads into a garden area which even has a shower for rinsing off sand on retunring from the beach, then leads up a couple of steps to a lovely shady covered terrace area, with outdoor furniture and lighting this is a great place to relax, after a hard day on the beach and watch the spectacular sunsets.

The door leads into a spacious kitchen/diner, the kitchen area is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven.  The dining area has a large table and benches.  Further back the apartment has a sitting area with 2 comfy chairs and a coffee table.To the rear of the apartment is the double bedroom having a king sized bed and plenty of storage space plus the benefit of air conditioning.  The bathroom has a shower. 

This apartment is ideal for all year round rental, the air con unit in the bedroom also being a warm air heater and the kitchen has a portable gas heater to keep you cosy in the winter months. Porto Alabe is really quiet out of season making this a great spot for a peaceful holiday, either taking long walks on the deserted beach and cliff path or using it as a base to explore the rest of the island. With Bosa being an approx 6-7 min drive away with more amenities, you can have the best of both worlds.

The apartment has a washing machine, clothes airer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and CD/radio.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
