In an elevated position, to take advantage of the lovely sea views, in the seaside town of Porto Alabe this studio, for two people, is very well appointed. The beaches are a short walk downhill where there are also a couple of bars and a mini market in season.
This is a well equipped and cared for studio apartment for two people is situated in Porto Alabe. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is lovingly maintained by Vittorina, the owner. Located on a quiet street, in an elevated position giving views over the rooftops of other properties down to the sea. Access to the beach is a few minutes walk, however it is all downhill on the way there so be prepared for walking uphill on the way back. There is, however, lots of parking right behind the beach.

The entrance leads to the large open room which is a lounge, dining, kitchen by day and doubles with the use of the bed settee into the bedroom. There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, table and seating for dining, a double sofa bed and wicker chairs and coffee table. Off the main room there is a well appointed bathroom. The property also benefits from an air conditioning / heating unit so makes a very comfortable base for use all year round.

Prices are for the property per week, in UK pounds and include linen, towels (not beach) and cleaning. A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance and breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £150 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day is flexible. Entry to the property is after 3pm and the property must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.
